Established in 1983, Business Comms provides companies with telecommunication services. The company specialises in the delivery, implementation and support of business grade telephony systems, VoIP, Motorola Two-Way radio solutions, IT cabling and network services.

Business Communications has over 32 years’ experience in Telecoms and is headquartered in Farnborough (Hampshire), with a support office in London, to cater to its customers nationwide.


The staff at Business Comms were increasingly getting frustrated with their server and IT infrastructure at their primary office in Farnborough (Hampshire). With an outdated Microsoft small business server that was regularly slow and sometimes inaccessible, it was time for a change.

Additionally data was not being backed up on a regular basis and there was no viable option for remote working.

Our Solution

Stellarise migrated Business Comms from their unreliable on premise server to a cloud based hosted desktop via Microsoft terminal services with centrally backed up data. In addition, our Office 365 Migration service provided them with reliable, resilient email that can be accessed from anywhere. The hosted desktop runs the latest version of Microsoft Office which is accessible from anywhere. A nice touch with Office 365 is that it takes less than a minute to setup the email account on your iPhone as all you need is your email address and password – there is nothing else to setup.
