We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious IT graduate calibre Junior Support Engineer with excellent spoken and written English to work in Budapest alongside our established Managed Service Support team in the UK and reporting to our Senior Engineer in Budapest. We operate a ticketing system so you will be answering the phone to our diverse client base, creating appropriate tickets and troubleshooting where you can. You will occasionally be visiting clients so will be well presented and articulate. You will be exposed to many different technologies and will be fully immersed in supporting our clients and so will gain huge and invaluable experience in this role.

You will have a strong degree in Computing or Computer Science, experience in customer service and have a confident, friendly and outgoing personality enabling you to build strong relations with our varied client base. An ability to listen carefully to their needs and then take a structured and systematic approach to problem solving is essential as is your excellent spoken and written English to document and explain your solution to other team members. You enjoy working with people, are team focused, and able to communicate at all levels. Relishing a challenge, picking up new technologies and getting the most out of them are second nature to you.
Working in tandem with our team in London to ensure that we have a seamless transition across time zones enabling us to serve our larger clients in the UK and Europe. You will excel at working within a team and have a positive attitude with customer service at the fore 100% of the time. In addition to the Senior Engineer you will be joined by our team of Developers and based in our centrally located office in Kalvin Ter.
