Over the past weeks, we have followed the changing state of the COVID-19/Coronavirus threat and reviewed the way we work and advice we give clients. The health and safety of our staff and clients are paramount and thankfully we have not been affected by Coronavirus as yet. However, as a precautionary measure we have made the following changes so that we are best placed to continue to provide services:
From Monday 16 March, the majority of our team will be working from home. All our systems are designed to be securely accessible from anywhere, so this will not affect our ability to service clients.
In order to protect staff, we have suspended all regular onsite support and meetings. Of course, if there are critical issues that can’t be resolved remotely, we will come to your office to resolve these. We are rescheduling any meetings to take place over Microsoft Teams.
We are seeing unprecedented demand for remote access support and laptop builds. Over the past 10 days the team have worked hard to support clients and ensure their staff can work from home. We are now seeing unprecedented demand for home assistance. Whilst home networks and computers are not within our standard support terms, we are running out of hours clinics to help resolve these issues; please contact us if you are interested in benefiting from this please contact us.
We continue to support clients as they implement remote working. We have a number of different solutions to help staff work remotely and collaborate. If you have any concerns around your company’s ability to support remote working, please contact us.
We continue monitoring the situation and are following the latest Government and Public Health England guidance. If our plans change in future to reflect new guidance or best practice, we will advise you accordingly.
